Zomato's parent entity is now Eternal Limited after MCA approves name change

Zomato received MCA approval to rename its corporate entity to Eternal Limited, effective March 20, 2025, with a new stock ticker. The Zomato app and brand stay unchanged; Eternal spans Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure.
