Milky Mist is expected to launch a Rs 1,553 crore IPO in early August, using fresh proceeds to repay debt and expand its Perundurai dairy facility and cold chain. The premium dairy brand was valued at about Rs 9,300 crore after Temasek-backed pre-IPO funding.
