IPO-bound Swara Baby earmarks ₹558 crore for new Pithampur hygiene-products plant
IPO-bound hygiene-products contract manufacturer Swara Baby will invest ₹558.47 crore in a Pithampur plant, funded partly by IPO proceeds, debt and accruals. The facility will expand diaper and sanitary-napkin capacity and support customer, category and export expansion.
